1 – The Ritmo Club Spain is a section of the Web Project X1/38 (www.fiatritmo.es) which was born
with the aim de make an approximate census of cars and owners of the following models:
Fiat Ritmo, Fiat Strada, Fiat Regata, Seat Ritmo y Seat Ronda.
2 –The fore, it is a virtual community linked by the interest on these cars.
3 – Although it does not have rules, these conditions which you are reading are compulsory
in order that the Club works correctly.
4 – The registration is totally free.
5 – It is not necessary to own one of the cars mentioned before to register the Club or take part in it.
The interest or experience on the motor world is our best link.
6 – When you register at the Club, the photos and text you send in your application form will be uploaded in the section Club Members and you will be able to update, change or remove them when the user asks for it.
7 – A three-monthly news bulletin will be sent to those registered users who want it, in which you will be informed about the news, meetings, exhibitions, markets, etc., which have interesting activities to us or our cars.
8 – At least, an annual optional meeting will be organised for all the registered users which will be announced before hand and will take place in the days and places chosen according to the Club Members.
9.1 – The possible meetings which will take place will be optional and totally free regarding the organisation of the event, but the expenses, such as restaurants, tickets to museums or other places visited, car-park, hotel o camp-site will be paid by the participants.
9.2 – These meetings will be considered as friend gatherings and races, rivalries, burning of tyres or any other actions which disturb the rest of participants, pedestrians or neighbours where these events take place are completely prohibited. The organisation will not be responsible for this kind of actions and the responsibility will be on the part of the person who commits these actions.
10 – The user can ask (via E-mail) when he/she wants to drop out the Club. His/her photos and text will be removed when he/she asks for it.
11 - El forum is the way to communicate among the Club members, it is necessary to be registered to take part in it and, at least, two members of the club will be asked to collaborate to be moderators of it.
